Alyssa had surgery in 5 months ago and was 100 kgs at the time of surgery, she now weighs 71 kgs. Alyssa start BMI was 36.1 and the current BMI is 23.3. We asked Alyssa what she did in terms of diet and exercise and this is what she said "Walking and eating a lot of protein as my main diet and of course exercise".
Our second sleever Minnie had surgery January and was 92 kgs at the time of surgery, and now weighs 65. Minnie start BMI was 33.8 and the current BMI is 22. We asked Minnie what she did in terms of diet and exercise and this is what she said "I eat very simple: morning I have a coffee and about 1.5 scrambled egg. Lunch I will have something like chicken and vegetables or chicken and salad, or a soup that has meat and vegetables in it. Same thing for dinner. I don’t generally snack. I still have very good restriction. Basically I keep it to meat and vegetables and eggs.

Our forth sleever, Tiane had surgery in January and was 115 kgs at the time of surgery, and now weighs 79 kgs. Tiane start BMI was 45 and the current BMI is 33.
We asked all 3 if they would do it again ? The short answer was YES! Weight loss surgery may not be the right match for all, these 3 ladies are obviously successful in their journey to lose weight.
