This is one of the common questions we receive here at Destination Beauty. Alyssa start BMI was 36.1 and the current BMI is 23.3. Minnie start BMI was 33.8 and the current BMI is 22. We asked Minnie what she did in terms of diet and exercise and this is what she said "I eat very simple: morning I have a coffee and about 1.5 scrambled egg. Lunch I will have something like chicken and vegetables or chicken and salad, or a soup that has meat and vegetables in it. Same thing for dinner. I don’t generally snack. Tiane start BMI was 45 and the current BMI is 33.  We asked all 3 if they would do it again ? The short answer was YES!
