Gastric Sleeve is the best reward I have ever given myself, although I have to put in a lot of hard work exercising and eating differently I wouldn’t change it for the world, it has made me focus on commitment and determination to know I will be fitter and healthier not just for me but for my children. I am loving my new lifestyle choices and although I still have a long way to go until my goal it gives me strength and power to carry on. I go to the gym 4 days a week at the moment and soon will get back into swimming and aqua aerobics and can’t wait. I walk most places now instead of taking the car and if I’m at the supermarket I park at the back instead of up the front, I can run around the block now and that I haven’t done in 20 years.
