"Hey everyone, just wanted to do a quick update on my last-minute decision for Mid Face, Chin, Neck, upper & lower eyelid lifts.
Dr Ring did my Face Lift surgery on the 19th of Feb and as things changed daily I decided to take a photo every day to show the changes.
I am so very happy with where my recovery is heading with all my surgeries.
I also had Dr. Angkana do a BL, BA & AL on the 10th of Feb & ETT and ML on the 12th of February 2024.
These surgeons are truly amazing and I am so happy with my results.
The only regret I had doing this, was not taking a support person with me, there were certainly a lot of times I just really regretted not having my husband or someone there with me.
The ladies in our chat were amazing & I love each and everyone of you, but it is not the same as having someone there at that very moment when you really need them.
I had a little situation after my Face surgery & I know if I had a support person with me that situation would have been sorted so much quicker & less stressful.

"Weightloss Journey:
Fortunately I haven't stalled since surgery and I am still loosing approx 0.5-1kg per week.
I found the more I eat the more I lost lol, my focus is still on protein, which I have tasteless protein in my coffees & flavored protein in my water.
Biggest advice I could give is remove the things that caused the weight gain in the beginning, eg for me it was lollies and I have continued to have minimal to no sugar.
I am booked in for skin removal & new boobs in Feb 2024, and can't wait to see the results from that" - Tanya
