Stefanie's Inspiring Journey After Winning the Gastric Sleeve Giveaway
Stefanie's life took an exciting turn when she won Destination Beauty's 17th Anniversary Giveaway, securing a gastric sleeve surgery in Thailand in April 2024. Seven months post-op, she’s proudly 30 kg lighter and feeling healthier than ever.
"I’ve gone from a size 22 to a 12, sometimes a 14," Stefanie shares, thrilled with her progress so far. "While my weight loss has slowed a bit, I’m hoping to lose at least 5 kg more. I've become more active and healthier than I’ve ever been."
Stefanie has embraced an active lifestyle, incorporating CrossFit into her weekly routine, working out 3 to 5 times a week to build strength and tone her body. Her nutrition has also transformed, although she’s still adjusting to eating smaller portions. "I eat less than half a cup of food at a time and could definitely add more protein to my meals."
Stefanie’s journey is a testament to the transformative power of weight loss surgery and the incredible changes it can bring to one’s life!
