I sat on the fence for about a year with doing the Weight Loss surgery and then decided enough was enough my house to come first so I took the plunge and went under the knife on 30 May 2024 and have nearly lost 50 kg. I’m 2 kg losing 50 so current weight is 104.7 kg my food intake at the moment after surgery is very little. I’m finding I am not eating very much even still to this day. I do have days where I can eat more than other days and I can drink more than other days but I’m finding that food fill me up quicker so I can eat a fair bit of fruit before I get full but as for the likes of chicken beef that’s the stuff I get very quickly off I can probably go through half a piece of fish, chicken is very dense. I can go through three or four little pieces of chicken and I’m full water intake for the days a month before my surgery. I gave up all sugars. I gave up all soft drink and gave up smoking on a strike of everything even calories and stuff like that I still manage my calories to this day. I try and keep only have very little calories even though I was supposed to be eating more I’m scared to put on my goal.
