I battled through anxiety issues like everyone who knows how real the struggle is to keep getting out of bed to work and be parents. I made the decision to have surgery and it's the best decision I have ever made. I'm 10 months post op starting weight of 108kg, I have been going to the gym 2 or 3 times weekly for 28 months and returned doing so from 4 weeks post op. I finally feel strong mentally and physically. Its amazing way to feel. For anyone out there considering this or have just had the surgery you can do it. Results will happen, just be patient and remember we are different and bodies all react differently but eventually.... It will change your life" - Kristie   ## Next Steps Towards a Weight Loss Surgery, How Much Does It Cost?
