"I’m Kaylan, and on the 13th February, I was sleeved by the amazing Dr. Narong at Destination Beauty.
Fast forward to today, and I am really proud to share my current progress with you all so far.
Since surgery, I have lost 17.4kg, and counting!
These past 8 and a half weeks definitely haven’t gone without its challenges - a lot of emotions I had to go through and ‘grieving’ the old me who could eat a decent serving of her favourite foods (grieving is such a real thing!) But I truly feel like I’m on the up now, after lots of focus on my mental health and my relationship with food, I finally feel like I’m breaking away from my past eating habits.
I still have a bit to go - 10kg would be great however I think I will end up smaller at this rate - but I have absolutely no regrets. No more back pain, knee pain, poor sleep, and best of all, no more snoring!
