What an amazing journey it had been.

My healing has been great, I have had a couple of issues with my right arm lift. This is something that can happen and not any fault with the surgeon. I built up fluid in the arm around 8 weeks post op. I had it drained 4 times as it was a Seroma and was quite painful. As a result in have puckering in the armpit on the scar. It is getting better over time.

My left breast didn't sit like the right, I had to have surgery a couple of times on this side as the implant lift up high after being implanted. This is a combination of my age, skin integrity. This implant sits in further so is not as full looking as more tissue on top of the implant. Again this is how my body is and not the surgery. Too look at them though you can't see the difference.

I wore my garments 24/7 for 3 months and then during the day and wore a kmart soft bra of a night for anther couple of months.

I did have longer off exercise then expected and that was to do with my arm.

Now 7 months on and I am over the moon with the results, my scaring is amazing and i feel so good.

I am back to training 2 times a day and doing Tri's on the weekend.

This journey has been amazing and I would do it all again in a heartbeat.
