She travelled to Thailand with Destination Beauty and underwent surgery with Dr Weerachai. Her procedures included: - Breast Lift - Side Lift - Arm Lift - Extended Tummy Tuck with abdominal repair - Mons Lift - VASER Liposuction to the upper abdomen and love handles For Juanita, surgery was about addressing some of the changes left behind after significant weight loss and continuing the transformation she had already worked hard to achieve. ### Juanita’s 6-Week Recovery Update At six weeks post-op, Juanita shared an update on her recovery. She was still wearing her compression garments, including her post-operative bra and arm compression, removing them only for showering and wound care. By this stage, she said her wounds had healed and closed, and she had moved on to focusing on scar care. Juanita was alternating between scar tape and scar gel and was also continuing with lymphatic massage sessions as part of her recovery routine. She had already returned to full-time work while balancing life as a single mum of three, with her children involved in football, basketball and swimming. Despite a busy schedule, she was still trying to prioritise rest whenever possible. Juanita’s six-week update gives an honest look at the ongoing recovery process after multiple body procedures following major weight loss. *Recovery experiences vary between patients.
