7 week (Sat 22nd April) update. Feeling good, scars healing well, back doing some light exercise and jogging.
Tried again today to do some non-athletic (seated) back exercises but these still require some extensive core activation and that is still a little ouchy so not quite there yet but much closer than what I was last week.
Back to work next week so food consumption will be reduced dramatically as I won't have endless access to a full fridge and pantry, also being busy at work will mean no boredom eating.
