"I feel pretty good at 28kgs down and in double digits now yay. My daily meals; breakfast I have an egg with baby spinach and cottage cheese. Morning Snack- protein cheese. Lunch - chicken and salad or seafood and salad small portions. Afternoon snack- flavoured Greek yoghurt. Dinner - chicken and veggies or salad small portions. Exercise is swimming.
