Joanne, 64, travelled from the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales to Thailand for facial rejuvenation surgery with Dr. Ring.
She underwent a Mid-Facelift with Neck Lift, Chin Lift and Endoscopic Brow Lift. Joanne said she was feeling great and experiencing no pain. On her final day in Thailand, she celebrated her recovery by enjoying her first-ever high tea with her daughter.
How was the pain after surgery?
Joanne experienced some discomfort immediately after surgery, which was managed with pain relief while she was in hospital. She also used a sleeping tablet to help her sleep comfortably on her back during the early stages of recovery.
What did you do during your recovery?
After leaving hospital, Joanne chose to take it easy, rest and watch TV rather than join a group activity. By day 10, she was out enjoying her final day in Thailand with her daughter.
How was your experience in Thailand?
Joanne described her overall experience as “absolutely wonderful” and spoke very positively about the nurses who cared for her.
What are you looking forward to when you get home?
Joanne was excited to return to Australia and share her firsthand experience with her daughters and friends.
