"Progress update - (ETT + lipo on hips)

Ok, so not much to update but wanted to post something for those that have followed my journey so far.

Healing is great, loving waking up to seeing the definition of the muscle repair. I have never seen anything like it on myself and can’t wait or see how things change once I’m able to train at the gym again.

Scar healing - well, I was using silicone strips, and was waking up some morning with my scars feeling inflamed and sore to touch. I decided to switch to the gel and I’m confident my scar will settle down and reduce in pigmentation over time with some TLC.

I am not experiencing a lot of swelling, mostly just the tightness I have mentioned previously and I assume this will be the case until my body adjusted to the new tension. I also wanted to touch on the odd feeling of running my finger over my scar and the sensation that I am touching two separate areas of my stomach, it seems where my tummy joins is not on speaking terms as of yet

Other than that, I am trying to walk daily and am pretty much back to being able to walk my usual 6km at a normal pace for me.

I also checking in with my GP for an overall check up and show him my results, and he was pleasantly surprised with Dr Angkana’s work (who wouldn’t be).

All in all, still loving my new body and trying to hold off doing anything too strenuous as I don’t want to risk pushing myself and causing issues.
