Why did you decide to have weight loss surgery?

I decided to have weightloss surgery as I had tried several different diets and nothing was working for me. I was so unhappy with the way I looked and I was so restricted in my everyday life by my weight. 

How did you feel when you see yourself a lot lighter?

It’s crazy actually, my brain as quickly adapted and I forget how I used to look. I look at myself and think damn you’re a pretty good looking guy now. 

How do you take care of yourself after having the surgery? 

Since surgery I have been able to focus a lot more on my nutrition, the materials provided was helpful in making sure I had the right amount of protein. I still enjoy a few treats but I can now!
