The extended tummy tuck was recommended to ensure a flat tummy and also remove skin on the sides of the hips. The tummy tuck procedure also includes muscle tightening. As Deanna's nipple position had dropped several CM after her massive weight loss, a breast lift was needed to lift up the nipple position and make a youthful look. In order for the breast to look youthful and perky Dr. Angkana recommended to use a small Mentor Silicone implant.
The tummy tuck was combined with a mons pubis lift to ensure the pubis area looks firm and tight. Deanna was concerned with skin on the sides and back as well, and hence Dr. Angkana recommended a braline lift to tighten the sides and back.
