ive had a shitty couple of months, ive tried to hold off on emotional eating. Im working with my psych to stop myself from purging after feeling guilty for eating.
I used to get nervous eating something not so "healthy" and would bring it up, I just had to look at a toilet and I would vomit on my own.
I will admit i have an eating disorder and im working with my wonderful psych to get through it.
I have noticed that I fluctuate weekly, and I’ve been reminded that our bodies are not designed to sit at one number constantly.
Whether the scale goes up or down a little bit, this is reality.
I could be anywhere between 83-86kg currently and ive learnt to accept it.
Remember water intake, restriction and my body retaining fluids can cause this.
Just because i ate a piece of bread doesnt mean im going to put on 10kg. It’s all about moderation and awareness and having control. •27 days until my pre op detox kicks in.
