I went from around 125 kg down to 60 kg, so I lost approximately 65 kg. After such a significant weight loss, I was left with a lot of excess skin.
I had a 360° circumferential tummy tuck, breast surgery with implants, and an arm reduction to remove excess skin. I’m also planning to have a facelift as the next stage of my journey.
Around 3.5 kg of skin has been removed so far. This included excess skin from my stomach, arms and breasts.
