Start weight 90, gallbladder date 86
Todays weight 68 ( but jumps between 68-70 atm for some reason)
So very happy
Have loose skin but will sort that out when I’ve finished losing
Hope to loose at least another 10 kilos
But I hit my first goal weight of 68
Dr Cheng said any thing more is a bonus and 58 would be my healthy weight
