"Hi guys on the 27th is September I reached my 4-year sleeveaversary.
I am in a rut right now, this year has been tough with two operations, work stress, and family funerals.
But I have a plan to get back on track. Am seeking advice from Bariatric Team. Doing massage to release stress and tension needs to clear my path so I can focus on my health again and make it a priority. Wish me luck. Cutting carbs and sugar for a few weeks see how that goes. And if I fail try try and try again. Reset, refocus, restore.
